Pete began his venture in the summer of 2008 when he built a bar for a good friend’s 40th birthday party. Pete started Barefoot Bars to provide people an escape from the everyday grind. With so many stresses put on us day in and day out why not have a retreat in the comfort of your own backyard. Our goal is to give people a way to kick back, relax, and slip into a Barefoot State of Mind. Since 2008 Barefoot Bars has grown their business to event planning , boat bars, boat charters and clothing.

Co- Owner / Head of Sales Mark Pandolfo aka “Pando”
Mark became co-owner of Barefoot Bars in the fall of 2008. Like Pete, Mark had the vision and desire of growing Barefoot Bars nation-wide. Pando, a native of North Andover, oversees sales and new product development. Pando has a great deal of experience in sales and new product development from working for National Fish and Seafood Company. Pando has been a great addition to Barefoot Bars.

Head of Marine John Galvin aka “Fishy Pants Magoo”
Capt. John Galvin is a New England native who has been playing the waters surrounding Cape Cod and Islands for 19 years. He is a 2005 graduate of Salve Regina University. During this same year he received his USCG Captain’s License. Since completing his college studies he has been operating and working on sportfishing vessels from Maine to Florida, the Bahamas, and Mexico. He currently lives on Cape Cod during the summer and escapes to the tropics in the winter. Be sure to ask him how the fishing is and prepare to hear some barefoot stories…as we know all fishermen tell great stories! John brings a great knowledge of the ocean and boat product development to head our Barefoot Charter Division

Sales Manager Jim Decatur aka “Jimmy D”
The great singer/song writer Jim Decatur started working for Barefoot Bars in the summer of 2010. Jim quickly earned a sales manager job by promoting Barefoot Bars to local businesses and bars. Jim was the top seller in apparel for the Summer 2010. Barefoot Bars welcomes Jim to Team Barefoot with open arms.
